Free shipping applies to eligible regular-priced and sale items. Clearance items discounted by 70% or more and Archive/Sample Sale items are excluded. Oversized items have separate rates; final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders

International orders ship with duties and customs fees unpaid. These charges are your responsibility. Please monitor your tracking for payment requests and customs updates. We are not responsible for customs or duty-payment delays, and orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

We cannot ship fragrances, perfumes, liquids, aerosols, products containing batteries or oversized furniture outside Canada. Restricted items may be removed from your shipment; we may contact you to arrange an alternative or refund the affected items.

Delivery & tracking

Local delivery is provided by Nimbus Canada; domestic shipping by Canada Post and UPS; and international shipping by Canada Post, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

DHL and UPS deliver door-to-door. International Canada Post shipments are handed to your local carrier after customs clearance. Check your tracking for delivery and customs updates.

Returns

Exchange or store credit within 14 days. Pieces marked down 50% or more are final sale. Collaborations are final sale. Ask WDLT117 before you send anything back. Return shipping is at your cost.

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

Item condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Footwear must include its dust bag and original shoe box in good condition. Swimwear and intimate apparel must retain their original hygiene seals and be tried on only over personal undergarments.

Final Sale

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Exotic-skin accessories, jewelry, and eyewear
• Lingerie and underwear
• Lifestyle and interior products, books, and magazines
• Skincare and personal-care items

How to arrange a return

Contact info@wdlt117.com for approval before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your expense; we do not provide return labels or reimburse shipping fees. Pack items securely and use a tracked service. We are not responsible for delayed or lost return packages.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back. Any full or partial refund for refused shipments or unauthorized returns is at WDLT117’s sole discretion.
