What does it cost?

Nothing to join and no monthly fee. within charges only on completed sales it brings you, at the rate shown before you approve it.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Pause your listing whenever you like, or disconnect and your items come off within.

Who handles returns?

You do, under your own policy, as with any sale from your shop.

Do I get the customer's details?

Yes. You are the seller of record, so the order comes to you with the shopper's name and details.

Do I need new photographs?

No. within uses the ones already on your products, and an item without a photograph stays off within.

Which stores connect?

Shopify, Square, Squarespace, WooCommerce and Lightspeed Retail. On Shopify, install the app; on the rest, connect at connect.shopwithin.co.

Where does the shopper pay?

A Shopify boutique is paid on its own checkout, and a Square boutique on its Square account. For Squarespace, WooCommerce and Lightspeed the shopper pays on within and your share goes to your bank.

Does my stock stay true?

Yes. A sale in the shop or on your site moves the stock on within, and a sale on within is written back to your store.

Which countries see my shop?

within stands in 29 countries. A shopper in each one reads your prices in their own money, with yours beside.

Can I choose what shows?

Yes. All your items, only the ones you tag, or the ones you pick.

Do you take a boutique outside Canada?

Yes. The boutiques trading today are in Toronto; a boutique anywhere joins the same way, from its own store.

Who reads the request?

The founders. We answer every request by email.
