What does it cost?

Nothing to install and no monthly fee. within charges only on completed sales it brings you, at the rate shown in the app before you approve it.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Pause your listing from the app whenever you like, or uninstall it and your pieces come off within.

Who handles returns?

You do, under your own policy, as with any sale from your shop.

Do I get the customer’s details?

Yes. You are the seller of record, so the order comes to you with the shopper’s name and details.

Do I need new photographs?

No. within uses the ones already on your products, and a piece without a photograph stays off within.
