Who actually ships your order
Not Garmentory. Its own shipping page says orders are "shipped directly to you by the boutique, designer or reseller". Two sellers in one basket means two parcels.
That matters for a Canadian buyer. The seller's country decides whether your order crosses a border, and Garmentory does not filter its listings by that.
Its own words on duty: "All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing." And a hard line under it, no refund if you abandon a parcel rather than pay the charge.
The 7 day return window
Seven days is short. The clock runs from delivery, and inside it you have to start the return and post it.
The item has to come back new, unworn, unwashed, tags attached. North American buyers get a prepaid label within 24 hours. Everyone else pays their own return shipping.
Refunds land in US dollars no matter where you are. If your card charged you in Canadian dollars, the exchange rate moves twice and you wear both moves.
What you cannot return at all
Sale, Made to Order and Make an Offer items are final. That covers most of what makes a marketplace like this worth browsing.
Never returnable at all: lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, hair items, hats and earrings. Exchanges depend on each boutique's own policy and its stock.
None of the shipping, returns or about pages carries a date or a version number. Read them again the day you buy.
Seven days, a USD refund and duty you cannot recover. That is the real price of the listing.

What within counts instead
Two Toronto boutiques, 4,834 pieces and 224 designers on 20 September 2026, priced in Canadian dollars from CAD 10 to CAD 25,000, median CAD 400.
Both have a street address you can walk to. Utopia is at 132 Cumberland Street and WDLT117 at 7 Saint Thomas Street. The Toronto shelf lists what each one holds.
Terms are the shop's own, not ours. Ask before you pay, the same as you should on any marketplace.
Before you buy
Find the seller's country on the listing before anything else. That single fact decides your duty, your delivery time and your return cost.
Then read the return line. Seven days from delivery is roughly four usable days once a parcel has crossed a border. Our guide to duty on clothes into Canada has the thresholds.
