These terms govern your use of within, a marketplace that helps you discover and buy from independent boutiques near you. By using within you agree to them.

What within is

within lists the live inventory of independent boutiques and enables pickup and delivery. For pickup orders, you buy directly from the boutique on its own checkout and that boutique is the seller and merchant of record. For delivery/in-app orders, within processes the payment and arranges courier delivery on the boutique's behalf.

Prices, availability & fulfilment

Prices, stock, and pickup/delivery times are set by the boutiques and shown as accurately as we can from live data, but availability can change between browsing and checkout. Each boutique is responsible for the goods it sells, including quality, returns, and warranties. Returns and exchanges follow the boutique's own policy.

Your conduct

Use within lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your access secure; you're responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers & liability

within is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, within is not liable for the goods sold by boutiques or for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
