It is the brand's first store in Canada, and Kith says so in those words on the same page. Two blocks away, 70 Kith pieces were sitting on Toronto resale shelves the same day, asking $100 to $900 in Canadian dollars, median $250. The Kith shelf prints the asking price on each one.

Where the store is, and what else is in the building

78 Yorkville Avenue is the main floor address. Kith lists two more entries at the same site: Kith Treats Toronto, its ice cream counter, and Sadelle's at Kith Toronto, the restaurant.

The store opened in tandem with the launch of the Canadian Kith website, which is why ca.kith.com exists at all and why Canadian prices are now printed in Canadian dollars rather than converted at the till.

Yorkville is the reason this address was chosen and the reason it matters to a resale shopper. Both boutiques on within are in the same few blocks: Utopia at 132 Cumberland Street and WDLT117 at 7 St Thomas Street. You can walk all three in under ten minutes.

What Kith charges in Canada

Read from ca.kith.com on 11 September 2026, the Kith Classics line ran from $55 for a three pack of half crew socks to $85 for a twill cap in Canadian dollars.

That is the entry to the brand at retail. Above it sit the tees, the hoodies and the collaboration sneakers, and those are the pieces that move to the resale shelf fastest.

What Kith asks on the Toronto resale shelf

Here is the count, category by category, on 11 September 2026. All 70 pieces are at Utopia on Cumberland Street.

T-shirts held 26 pieces at $100 to $450, median $225. Sneakers held 25 pairs at $200 to $900, median $400. Sweatshirts held seven at $150 to $400, median $250.

Accessories held six at $100 to $250, shorts five at $150 to $350, and there was a single hat at $100.

The dearest pieces on the shelf that day were collaboration sneakers in sealed boxes: an ASICS GT-2160 from the Kith Marvel Villains pack at $900, and a Gel-Nimbus 10.1 from the Kith Marvel vs. Capcom pack at $800. The full Kith price table carries the rest.

Sneakers are where the money is, and where the risk is

Kith's collaboration sneakers hold their price better than the clothing does. A $400 median on 25 pairs against a $225 median on 26 tees is not a small gap, and it is the same gap you will see at every resale counter in the city.

Condition is the second half of that number. Several of the dearest pairs on the Toronto shelf are described as sealed box with the comic included, and the same model with an opened box asked $450 instead of $800 on 11 September 2026.

A sealed box is worth $350 on the same shoe. That is the whole argument for reading the condition line before the price.
