Off-White real vs fake: retail prices and 50 live pieces
Off-White sells a T-shirt at US$195 to US$515 on its own site, run from Milan. How to read a resale piece against that, with 50 live pieces from $150.
A real Off-White T-shirt costs US$195 to US$515 new, so a "new" one at $60 is a tell. Read 20 September 2026, within counted 50 live Off-White pieces on one Toronto shelf, $150 to $700, median $200. The shop tags 40 of the 50 as pre owned.
Quick facts
- 50 live pieces: all at one Toronto boutique, read 20 September 2026

What Off-White is, from its own site
Off-White's homepage carries a description of the company in its code, read 20 September 2026: "an Italian luxury fashion brand founded by Virgil Abloh in 2013". The legal name it gives is Off-White Operating S.r.l. It names Ibrahim Kamara as creative director, appointed in 2022, and records Abloh's death on 28 November 2021.
Its terms of sale say products bought on the site "are sold directly by The Level S.r.l.", registered at Piazza Arcole 4 in Milan. A buyer has 14 working days to withdraw.
Bluestar Alliance, a brand management company, lists Off-White in its portfolio on its own site. A filing VF Corporation made with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 12 November 2025 lists it there too.
What a real one costs
Read 20 September 2026, the US men's T-shirt page on Off-White's site listed 24 T-shirts from US$195 to US$515, median US$350. The Industrial Arrow Skate T-Shirt was US$380 and the Small Bookish T-Shirt US$195.
The Toronto shelf asked $150 to $300 for its 29 Off-White T-shirts the same day, median $200, in Canadian dollars. 40 of the 50 pieces are pre owned.
A worn T-shirt at $200 against a new one at US$350 is an ordinary resale discount. A "brand new" one at a third of retail is a copy until the seller proves otherwise.
What nobody publishes
Off-White's site publishes its prices, its seller and its return window. It publishes no guide to its labels, stitching or tags, and neither does anyone else with something to lose. So this page prints no checklist of tells, because a checklist nobody can source makes you confident and nothing else.
Three checks trace to a source: the seller, the price and the guarantee in writing.
Who holds the pieces
All 50 sit at Utopia, 132 Cumberland Street in Yorkville, open noon to 8pm seven days, read from the shop's own site on 20 September 2026. Its refund page says "All sales are final" and that no returns or exchanges are taken. The same page says "All products sold are 100% authentic".
The 7 hoodies asked $300 to $700, the dearest a Tape Diag Arrows hoodie at $700. The Off-White Toronto shelf prints the asking price on each piece. The Off-White stockist page says which shop holds it, and the Off-White price guide carries every category.
Off White real vs fake
Start with the seller, then the price, then the guarantee in writing. The brand sells new pieces itself, through a Milan company, with 14 working days to withdraw. A resale shop has to state its own guarantee, and Utopia does: "All products sold are 100% authentic", read 20 September 2026.
Then compare the price with the brand's own, US$195 to US$515 for a T-shirt that day.
How to tell if Off White is real
Ask who checked it and what happens if a third party later disagrees, and get the answer in writing before the money moves. Then read the return policy, because at the Toronto counter every sale is final and the inspection happens before you pay. A T-shirt under a third of the brand's US$195 floor, sold as new, fails the first check.
Why is Off White so expensive
Because the brand prices itself as Italian luxury: US$195 to US$515 for a T-shirt on its own site, sold from Milan, read 20 September 2026. On resale the Toronto shelf asks a median $200 for a T-shirt, and 49 of the 50 pieces ask under $500. The Off-White price guide carries the full table by category.
Fifty pieces, 40 of them pre owned, and every sale final.
Sources, all read on 20 September 2026: the brand's site, terms of sale and US T-shirt page, Bluestar Alliance's site, and VF Corporation's filing of 12 November 2025. Also the shop's own site and within's count of the live shelf.
