Utopia

Utopia takes one to two days to process an order. Within the Greater Toronto Area, an order placed before 3 pm Eastern usually arrives in one to two business days; elsewhere in Canada, one to eight business days depending on the method chosen; internationally, seven to ten. Every shipment carries a tracking number, and the boutique does not ship to PO boxes.

WDLT117 delivers locally by courier and ships with Canada Post and UPS across Canada, adding DHL abroad. Quotes come straight from the carriers and delivery dates are estimates. Shipping is free on regular and sale pieces, clearance excluded, from 200 dollars before tax for local delivery, 300 elsewhere in Canada, 400 in the United States and 800 internationally.

Can I pick up my order at the boutique?

Yes. Every piece on within is in stock at the boutique that lists it, and pickup at the counter is the first option. Both Toronto boutiques are in Yorkville.

Does within ship?

The boutique does, where it offers shipping. Its checkout quotes the cost and the delivery estimate for your order, and within adds no shipping charge of its own.

Is shipping ever free?

Sometimes, on the boutique's own terms. Utopia offers free shipping in Canada and the United States on orders over 300 dollars. WDLT117 offers free shipping from 200 dollars before tax on local delivery and 300 elsewhere in Canada, on regular and sale pieces excluding clearance.
