Foot length and how to measure
On Nike's charts, a men's 16 fits a foot 32.2 cm long and a women's 16 fits 31.3 cm.
Where a maker prints a foot length, a men's 16 runs from 31.2 cm at Maison Margiela to 34 cm at Dr. Martens.
