Generations grades each piece individually into one of four condition tiers: Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Fair. Purchases include complimentary standard shipping, but you need a shipping address in Canada or the United States to place an order. Returns must be initiated online within 15 days of purchase, and the company deducts a flat $25 return shipping fee from your refund.

That $25 is the price of trying a graded used coat on at home. If it arrives with wear you do not like, you can send it back inside the 15 days.

Marked down new parkas and pre owned pieces at two boutiques

What the two boutiques refund, and counter pickup

Due West offers a 30 day return window on unused garments in original packaging with proof of purchase, but sale items cannot be refunded. Because every Canada Goose piece at the boutique sells below its compare at price, those orders cannot be refunded. The buyer also pays return shipping costs on any eligible return.

At Utopia, all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges accepted once an order completes. The Yorkville shop photographs condition and flaw details directly on its pre owned listings, and it covers return costs only if an incorrect item ships. You must confirm your measurements before buying, since you cannot send the parka back if the fit feels snug.

For a try on, the shop at 431 Queen St W opens 11 to 7 from Monday to Saturday and 12 to 5 on Sunday.
