Buy your ticket now if you can. Early bird tickets at C$30 have been on sale since 5 November, and general admission goes to C$35 from 6pm on Thursday 12 November. Tickets are on the organiser's Eventbrite page, and the sneakers page is where to check a price first.

  • Date and time: Saturday 12 December 2026, noon to 7pm.

  • The door: cash only, and everyone 4 or older needs a ticket.
  • The hall: 8 connected exhibit halls and over 1 million square feet.
  • Vendors: 200 plus on the 2026 page, down from over 400 on the 2024 Toronto page.
  • A price to check: Jordan 4 Black Cat, 32 pairs at C$300 to C$600 on Toronto shelves.

Tickets, cash and the door

The ticket page lists C$30 and C$35, and its own data shows C$32.64 and C$37.92, so expect a fee on top. Tickets are non refundable, but you can transfer one to a friend or family member. Kids under 4 get in free and everyone else needs a ticket, with no ID check and no age limit.

The ticket dates moved after they were first posted (3 and 10 November on the organiser's page earlier), so go by the page, not a screenshot.

The door is cash only. You can leave and come back in, so a run to a bank machine is possible, but bring what you plan to spend. One thread on r/SneakersCanada about the Toronto show sums it up: "Cash is king", and a seller who sees bills is more likely to move on price.

Sneaker Con started in March 2009 at the Times Square Arts Center in New York, with 3,000 people. It sold its authentication and marketplace business to eBay in November 2021, and the 2026 page still lists free sneaker authentication at the show.

Selling your own pairs

Bring as many pairs as you can carry, and take them to the Trading Pit, where the 2026 page says buyers and sellers trade all day. The organiser also promises a "Ca$$h Out Crew" making offers throughout the event, so ask two or three people before you take the first number.

Carts are the one rule that has changed. The 2024 Toronto page said "carts and dollies are not permitted inside the event", and the FAQ read on 8 November says dollies, carts and wagons are allowed. Strollers are fine and chairs are not, so if you are bringing a cart, check at the door before you load it up.

Check the price before you pay

Sellers at a show set their own prices, and you are the only check. Look up what the pair asks in a real shop before you go, and carry that number in your head.

On 8 November the Jordan 4 Black Cat was 32 pairs at C$300 to C$600 at Utopia and Outlined, in men's US 8 to 13 and kids' sizes. The Jordan 1 was 492 pairs from C$85 to C$3,000, and the Nike Dunk Low was 152 pairs from C$95 to C$3,000. The full sneakers page lists 3,847 pairs, new and pre owned, and sneaker shops in Toronto has the shops.

What to wear for eight halls

Eight connected halls is a long day on concrete, so wear the pair you already trust, broken in, with socks you would wear to a gym. Do not wear the pair you are hoping to sell.

It will be December, so bring a jacket you can carry, a hoodie you are happy in and a small bag that holds cash where you can reach it. You are not there to be looked at.

Getting to the Enercare Centre

Exhibition Place has two stations on the grounds, for the TTC and GO. Parking is C$18 in the surface lots and indoors, or C$15 after 6pm, and the indoor rate goes up C$3 on peak days. The organiser's page says rates can change, so leave time.

Common questions

Is Sneaker Con cash only?

The door is cash only, by the organiser's FAQ, and tickets are sold ahead online. Bring cash for sellers too, because a thread about the Toronto show says "Cash is king".

Is there a Sneaker Con in Canada?

Yes: Toronto, on Saturday 12 December 2026 at the Enercare Centre. Toronto is the only Canadian city on the organiser's 2026 list, read 8 November.

Where is Sneaker Con in 2026?

The organiser's 2026 list reads Bay Area on 7 and 8 November, Atlanta on 5 December, Toronto on 12 December and Osaka on 19 December.

Is Sneaker Con worth it?

It is worth C$30 if you are buying or selling one specific pair and know its price. If you go to wander, set a spending limit first, because a market full of people talking is a hard place to stay careful.
