Lucas Bruno

Lucas Bruno is one of the two founders of within, a marketplace of independent luxury boutiques. He works with the boutiques, brings them on within. Harry Singh, the other founder, builds the website; both are on the house page.

His byline is on every note in the within journal: 312 notes so far, the first from August 2026. The notes answer the questions a shopper asks before paying: where to buy a designer in Canada or the United States, what a piece costs at a boutique on a given day, which size to take, and what is trending this week. He answers for the facts in them, and a correction goes to him at hello@shopwithin.co.

How the notes are written

Every fact in a note comes from a source and carries its date: a boutique's own shelf and policy pages, a designer's site, a government table. Prices are the boutique's own, in the money it charges, on the day the note names. No boutique or designer pays for a note. A note links to the pieces it names because a reader can buy them from the boutique that holds them. within earns a share of a sale a boutique makes through it, and the reader pays the boutique's own price. The longer version, with corrections, is on Within News.
