Toteme scarf: $260 new, and who stocks the label

The scarf, and what it is

The signature monogram silk scarf is $260 on the US site and SEK 1,800 in Sweden. The centred monogram version is SEK 2,100 and the embroidered one is SEK 2,500.

Toteme states where it is made. The scarf page gives "Made in China", names Bonus Trading as the main supplier and gives China as the material origin.

There is no product called an Original blanket scarf. The current blanket scarves are a light wool at SEK 2,900 and a winter wool at SEK 3,900.

Where Toteme sells

Elin Kling and Karl Lindman founded Toteme in 2014 and the atelier is in Stockholm. Its own stores are at 829 Madison Avenue in New York, 8910 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles and 27 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris.

It also runs Biblioteksgatan 5 in Stockholm, 12 Mount Street in London, Vognmagergade 7 in Copenhagen and Taikoo Li Sanlitun in Beijing.

New York's independent shelf is small. La Garconne at 465 Greenwich Street held 15 pieces at $510 to $850, median $610. Ven.Space held 3 at a $1,680 median and Tokio 7 held one at $150.

Toteme's own scarf is $260. Its clothes run a $770 median across 17 shops.

The deeper shelves are elsewhere

Boyds in Philadelphia held 39 pieces, $120 to $1,690, median $770. Kick Pleat in Austin held 35 at the same $770 median.

ADELAIDE in Tokyo held 19, and Riccardi in Boston held 16 at a $750 median. Frances May in Portland held 15 at $720.

Toronto is the resale city again. VSP Consignment held 13 at a C$375 median and Mine and Yours held 8 at C$250, the cheapest medians we found.

Before you buy

The scarf is the cheap entry and the coats are not. A $260 scarf and a $4,500 coat both carry the label, and the $770 median sits closer to a knit than either.

Check the monogram version before you buy. Signature, centred, embroidered and crochet are four different scarves at four prices, and they photograph alike at thumbnail size.

We recorded no official Toteme sale on 20 September 2026, and the shop to shop spread was wider. Toronto's Mine and Yours asked a C$250 median and VSP Consignment asked C$375, against $770 at Boyds in Philadelphia and Kick Pleat in Austin. The floor anywhere was $110.
