How Canada Goose fits
Canada Goose names one of four fits on each coat. Regular is, in its words, "our original true to size fit". It says size up for a looser look or to wear layers.

Relaxed and Oversized have more room. For both it says take your true size for the loose look, or size down for a more fitted one.

On 9 October 2026 the Wyndham Parka page said Slim, runs small, in its fit note, but the line by its size buttons said it runs large and to size down. When two lines on one page disagree, go by your chest and the chart.

- Canada Goose says these are body measurements. If you fall across two sizes, it says take the larger one.
- Measure the sleeve from the centre back of your neck, over the shoulder, down to the wrist, with your arm a little bent.

- The Europe sizes come from the brand's Europe chart, which prints the same centimetres. Its Europe chart has no 3XS or 3XL, and its inch figures differ a little from the North America chart used here.

Common questions
Does Canada Goose run big or small?
It depends on the fit word on the coat. Canada Goose says Slim runs small and to size up for a looser look. Regular is its true to size fit. For Relaxed and Oversized coats it says take your true size, or size down for a more fitted look.
What size Canada Goose fits a 40 inch chest?
A men's medium. The men's chart puts a medium at a 39 to 40 inch chest, or 99 to 102 cm.
What is a women's Canada Goose small in European sizes?
A Europe 38. The women's chart gives a small a bust of 86 to 89 cm and hips of 97 to 99 cm.
What if I am between two Canada Goose sizes?
The men's size guide says if your measurements fall across two sizes, choose the larger one.
