Foot length and how to measure

On Nike's charts, a men's 5 fits a foot 22.9 cm long and a women's 5 fits 22 cm.

Where a maker prints a foot length, a men's 5 runs from 22.9 cm at Nike to 24.3 cm at Valentino.

For a women's 5 it runs from 21 cm at Crocs to 23 cm at Golden Goose.

To measure, stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and the tip of your longest toe, and measure between the marks. Do both feet and use the longer one.
