It was The Webster's building until The Webster closed its only Canadian store in late 2025, after four years in Canada. A company does not pay $12.65 million for a building on a rumour, so the store is coming; only the date is missing.

What happened to the first building

About two years before the July purchase, Chrome Hearts bought 97 Scollard Street to renovate into a boutique. In March 2025 a major fire across the street damaged several properties in the area, including the building Chrome Hearts meant to use.

The company stayed on Scollard Street, and in July it bought 121.

What no date means for you

Chrome Hearts has not announced when the store opens, and the Retail Insider report gives no date. If a post names a day, check who said it first.
