parlor23 in Toronto: 477 pairs, and every shoe final sale
parlor23, the Toronto consignment sneaker shop, read through its own stock: 607 pieces, pairs back to 1995, the sizes it holds and its final sale rule.
parlor23 holds 477 pairs of shoes, and 419 of them are the last pair of their kind. That is the whole character of the shop in one number.
It sells sneakers on consignment. Its own homepage calls it a consignment shop for collectable sneakers, and lists new stock under "Latest drop offs." It joined within on 29 September 2026, so its full register is readable for the first time, and this note reads it.

What a consignment shelf looks like
A consignment shop holds what people bring in, so the dates on its shelf run wide. Of the 607 pieces, 482 carry a release year in their title. The busiest year is 2020, with 70 pieces, and 47 pieces date from before 2010.
The oldest end is small and specific. A toddler's Nike Baby D.T. Max "Silver Midnight" from 1995 is $125.
A Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Gum" from 1997 is $400, and a Jordan 13 "Flint" from the same year is $180.
The shop's own flagship page puts it plainly: "We carry exclusive and hard to get, Deadstock condition shoes." It names Nike, Nike SB, Jordan, Adidas, Bape and New Balance.
The top of the wall
The dearest pair is a Jordan 13 "Premio Bin 23" from 2010 at $2,500, one pair, in a size 13. The shop's own site showed it in US dollars when we read it that morning, at USD 1,792. On within it is listed in Canadian dollars.
Below it sits a row at $1,500. There is the Jordan 1 "Shattered Backboard" from 2015 and the Jordan 1 "Chicago" from 2013. Next to them hang the Nike SB Dunk Low "Strange Love" from 2020 and the SB Dunk High "Three Bears Papa Bear" from 2006.
After those come the Kobe 5 Protro "Big Stage / Parade" at $1,300 and the Jordan 2 "Just Don" from 2016 at $1,275. The Jordan 4 "Travis Scott Cactus Jack" from 2018 is $1,250. An SB Dunk High "UNLV" from 2005 is $575.
By model, the titles count 76 Jordan 1s, 58 Dunks, 16 Jordan 4s and 11 Yeezys. Our sneaker shops note sets the shop against the city. The Toronto Resale Price Index prints each line's low, middle and high across every shop.
Samples, and the Toronto pairs
Thirteen pieces are marked as samples, which is where a consignment shelf gets odd. A Nike Lunar 180 Trainer "Oregon" sample from 2013 is $1,020. A Reebok Ventilator "Keith Haring" sample is $1,000, and a Nike Dunk High "Thomas Campbell What The Dunk" sample from 2017 is $960.
A Dr. Martens 1460 in Bape leather, also a sample, is $600.
Then there are the Toronto pieces. The Jordan 12 "OVO White" from 2016 is $1,000, and the Jordan 10 "OVO White" from 2015 is $850. A Timberland 6 inch boot in "OVO Black" from 2017 is $600, and four Clarks OVO pairs are $250 each.
The Adidas AM4 "Raptors x Speed Factory World Champs" from 2019 is $850. Raptors socks from Stance are $30.
Not everything is old. Hoka has 20 pieces at $200 to $500, most of them collaborations, with the Mafate Speed 4 Lite "Satisfy Bone" at $400.
Sizes
The shelf is built around a US 9. Across shoe listings in stock, 120 carry a 9, 54 a 9.5, 51 a 10 and 50 an 11. Size 13 is better served than most shops, with 33 listings.
Because 419 of the 477 pairs are the last one, a size is a single chance. If the pair you want shows your size on the parlor23 shelf, that is the pair in the shop, and there is no second one behind it.
The rules before you buy
The refund policy is short and strict. "All shoes are FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND," it says. Other merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of the date received, with proof of purchase, for store credit rather than a refund.
Sale and coupon items are final. A return in person can only be exchanged at 1974 Danforth Avenue, for store credit.
So check the pair before you pay. Our fake Jordans note covers the tells, and it applies to any resale shelf, this one included.
Before you go
On within, parlor23 lists two counters that serve online orders: 11 Willison Square, M5T 1E8, and 1974 Danforth Avenue, M4C 1J6. A third, The Combine at 225 Wellington Street West, is listed but is not used for online orders. The phone is 647-228-0430.
The cheapest things in the shop are its own. Parlor 23 patches are $5 and its air fresheners $6, and the house label runs to 88 pieces, up to a "Downtown Champions" satin varsity jacket at $1,400.
On within the shelf you see is the shelf in the shop: parlor23 keeps its own register, and we take a commission only on what we sell for it. The Jordan shelf, the Nike SB shelf and Toronto sneakers set it against every other shop we list.
