Earn a share of what your link sells

Post a within link. When somebody buys a piece through it, you earn a share of the sale. No minimum following, no exclusivity, and no obligation to post anything you would not post anyway.

What within is

within is a marketplace for the world's luxury boutiques. Every piece on it sits on a shelf in a real shop and is in stock today. The boutique sells the piece and hands it over or ships it, and within takes a commission from the boutique on the sale. There is no warehouse and nothing is dropshipped.

What you earn

3 percent of the sale as standard, for anyone we approve. 5 percent as a partner, for a creator who has driven real sales or one we went and asked for by name.

On a $500 sale you earn $15 at the standard 3 percent, or $25 at the partner rate of 5 percent. That share is of the sale itself, not of what within keeps.

Payouts run once a month, by PayPal, to the address you give us. within pays the transfer fee, so the figure you are owed is the figure that arrives. Every sale is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, because that is longer than any return window on within: a piece that comes back is not a sale, and we would rather hold your money for a month than ask for it back.

One limit, said plainly: your share is capped at what within earned on that order. On an ordinary order that is comfortably more than 5 percent of the sale, so the cap does not bite. On the rare piece where it does, we tell you which order and why.

How the link works

Your link is shopwithin.co with ?ref=CODE on the end, where CODE is the code we give you when we approve you. Any address on within takes it the same way: a piece, a boutique, a city, a search. Put it in your bio, in a caption, in a story sticker, in a newsletter.

The code stays with that browser for 30 days. Someone can tap your link, leave, and come back a week later through a Google search, and the sale is still yours. If they tap another creator's link after yours, it is theirs: the most recent link wins, which is how every network in the category pays.

One honest note: the link is not counting yet. We are reading the first applications now, and we will write to you on the day it starts counting, before you post anything.

Clips

Clips are paid separately, per 1,000 verified views, and that ledger is not open yet. When it opens, a campaign will carry a rate per 1,000 views, a cap per clip and a budget, and your link has to be in the caption or the bio. We pay on views a founder has watched, never on a number typed into a form.

Apply

A founder reads every one of these. We store your name, your handle, your city, your email and your PayPal address, and nothing else: no bank detail, no card, no tax number. If we say yes, you get a code and a link that is yours.

Questions

How much does within pay a creator?

3 percent of the sale as standard and 5 percent as a partner. On a $500 sale you earn $15 at the standard 3 percent, or $25 at the partner rate of 5 percent. The share is of the sale itself, not of what within keeps, and it is capped at what within earned on that order.

When do I get paid?

Once a month, by PayPal. A sale is held for 30 days first, so a piece that comes back inside the boutique's return window is never paid on. within pays the transfer fee.

How long does my link stay with a shopper?

30 days on that browser. Someone can tap your link, leave, come back a week later through a search and buy, and the sale is still yours. The most recent creator link a shopper tapped is the one that is paid.

Do I earn if the shopper checks out on the boutique's own site?

Yes. Some boutiques on within take the money themselves at their own checkout, and within stamps your code on the order before the shopper leaves for it. Both routes pay you the same.

What happens if the piece is returned?

The commission goes back with it. A return or a cancellation inside the 30 day hold cancels the row before it is ever paid, so you never owe anything back. After a payout has gone out, nothing is taken back automatically; we would come and talk to you.
