Supreme on StockX or a boutique: box logo prices compared

StockX's help pages say every buyer pays a Processing Fee on the bid, plus shipping that changes with each order, plus the tax your address sets. The boutique's price includes none of that, and delivery to the US is free over CAD 300.

So the question is simple. Is StockX's inspection worth its fees to you, when the shop's own stock comes with the shop's guarantee?

Box Logo prices, in three currencies

James Jebbia opened Supreme on Lafayette Street in New York in April 1994. Its red box logo, white Futura on red, was based on the art of Barbara Kruger. In 2018 Supreme won the CFDA award for Menswear Designer of the Year.

The red Box Logo hoodie and the white one are both medium and both CAD 400. The camo Box Logo hoodie doubles that, at CAD 800.

Tees run cheaper. The black Box Logo tee from FW23 is CAD 350, and the Arabic Box Logo tee in black is CAD 200 in S, M and L.

Where StockX earns its fee

StockX inspects the item, its box or bag and its accessories, and says a receipt plays no part. A pair or a hoodie takes 1 to 2 business days after it reaches a StockX Verification Center.

That matters for a seller you will never meet. It matters less for a shop that bought its own stock. Every listing at the Yorkville boutique carries the shop's line that each item is guaranteed authentic, and the two shops sell under their own names.

Older Box Logos and collaborations

Pre owned is where a shop beats the bid for me. The black FW16 Box Logo hoodie in L and the red FW15 Box Logo crewneck in M are each CAD 400 (USD 287).

The MM6 Maison Margiela Box Logo zip hoodie in black, size S, is CAD 1,100, or USD 788 and GBP 585. Every sale is final, so check the Supreme size chart and the note on how Supreme sizing runs first.

Common questions

Is Supreme cheaper on StockX?

Not always, and the fees decide it. StockX adds a Processing Fee, shipping and tax at checkout, while a boutique's price is the price. On 5 November 2026 a new Box Logo hoodie was USD 287 at one boutique.

Does StockX check Supreme for fakes?

Can I return Supreme bought on StockX?

US customers can return eligible Verified Marketplace items within 14 days for StockX Credit. Buyers in the EU and UK have a 14 day statutory right of withdrawal. At the boutique every sale is final.
