OTB's own 2025 results, published in February 2026, say it "holds a stake in the Amiri brand". When the deal was announced in June 2019, Mike Amiri told WWD: "It's a minority investment. We still retain full control of the company and independence."

What the partnership does

OTB brings scale. Its Staff International arm distributes Amiri in Japan, and in 2025 it renewed that deal for 5 more years. In October 2026 WWD reported a childrenswear licence with Brave Kid, with the first collection due for spring 2027.

Where Amiri is growing

Amiri set up European offices in Milan in 2025 and opened its first European store there that November. In February 2026 the Business of Fashion reported a move into a London store on New Bond Street. For what drives the prices, see why Amiri is so expensive.
