The four cities, and the dates each one publishes

The 2026 calendar gave fashion month 27 days across the four cities. New York ran 10 to 15 September per the CFDA and London 17 to 21 September per the British Fashion Council, with Paris from 28 September to 6 October. Milan and Paris overlapped by one day, so Milan's last day was Paris's first.

What actually opens its doors

Vogue World was set for 22 September in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, on a theme of craft. Past editions sold public tickets, though 2026 entry formats were unannounced in late August.

WHITE Milano was set for 24 to 27 September in Tortona, on industry registration. The street outside is open ground, where buyers from more than a hundred countries share the pavement.

At 10 Corso Como, the Viktor&Rolf exhibition Spectrum runs from 25 September to 22 November 2026. Carla Sozzani opened the address in 1990.

What to wear, and what is in the shops

What walked in Milan that week was spring 2027. What hangs in the shops is fall 2026, and the two seasons do not match.

The textile story of fall 2026 is chocolate brown suede across loafers, shoulder bags and knee high boots. Suede looks rich at seven in the evening and loses to wet pavement, so save it for dry afternoons. Leopard acts as a neutral now.

September days run 20 to 23 degrees and evenings drop to 14 to 16. Wear a trench over fine knitwear by day, and a wool coat after dark. On the setts of Via Fiori Chiari at 19:00, a block heel survives on the way to Bar Basso (cobbles ruin thin heels).

Antonioli occupies 530 square metres of a 1920s cinema at Via P. Paoli 1 to 4, built around Rick Owens. At Via Giovanni Morelli 1, Imarika offers Daniela Gregis knits and Comme des Garçons.

Cavalli e Nastri holds vintage from the 1950s to the 2000s across Via Brera 2 and Via Gian Giacomo Mora 12, with Via Voghera 11 by appointment. Slam Jam trades at Via Achille Maiocchi 5 and by appointment at Via Giovanni Lanza 1. On Via Santa Marta 14, Wait and See sells colour focused pieces available only inside the shop.

The invitation gets you a seat in the dark. The pavement outside runs all week.

Before you cross town

Cavalli e Nastri at Via Brera 2 and Antonia at Via Cusani 5 sit ten minutes apart on foot, ending on Via Fiori Chiari by 19:00. Wait and See opens seven days, but Mondays start at 15:30. Ring Via Voghera 11 in advance because that showroom requires an appointment.

Run two checks before you spend. Confirm the door is open, because Banner is closed during renovations. Check the season: fall 2026 pieces on the rack are for this winter, not the spring designs that walked the runway in September.
