The pieces harmonize conflicting ideologies: oppression vs. empowerment and repression vs. expression. This juxtaposition invites us to reconsider our definitions of these concepts within the framework of contemporary socio-cultural norms, transcending gender and orientation. Hand painted in Toronto.
