Streetwear first. Sneakers, collabs and new drops.
Streetwear is casual clothing born from skate, surf and hip hop culture, defined by graphic shirts, loose cuts and athletic sneakers.
Heavy cotton and denim anchor the look alongside leather and suede. Roomy trousers fall over low top sneakers, while wide leg cuts balance dropped shoulder tops in black, white, deep blue and red. The style grew out of New York hip hop and California surf culture in the late seventies and early eighties. Shawn Stussy wrote his surname on the surfboards he made in California, then put it on T shirts he sold from his car around Laguna Beach.
Jordan is Nike's line of basketball shoes named for Michael Jordan, first sold in the mid eighties, and Palace is a skateboard brand founded in London in the late two thousands. Heavy hoodies, wide leg denim and graphic t shirts build the foundation beneath relaxed overshirts. Utopia in Toronto brings most of this wall, including Jordan sneakers and Supreme, some of it pre owned. Outlined in Toronto brings Stussy and Bape T shirts, Due West in Toronto brings Ksubi jeans, and parlor23 in Toronto adds Jordan sneakers.
