|---|---|---|
| Who sells it to you | The boutique. You pay on the boutique's own checkout and it sends the item from its own shelf. | The seller who listed the item sends it. Grailed's Purchase Protection covers an item it finds inauthentic or not as described, reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. |
| Authenticity | New stock from the boutique's own shelf. A pre owned item carries the boutique's own grade and photographs. | Zero tolerance for replicas and counterfeits: a listing judged inauthentic is deleted and the seller can lose the account. |
| Returns | The boutique's own returns policy, shown on each item's page under Delivery and returns. | A return only when the seller described the item wrongly (authenticity, colour, condition, fabric or measurement). Otherwise the seller is not required to take it back. |
| On top of the price | Nothing on top of the boutique's price. | Nothing on top of the price for the buyer; the seller pays 9% on sales of $120 and above. |
