He literally uses a paint brush - with bleach as his medium, to hand paint these 1 of 1 garments. The front features a arched "PARLOR 23", and on the back a portrait. Every piece is a little different, so please expect some uniqueness to your version of Krueger. Cut and sewn from scratch, 100% Canadian Milled Fabric Designed / Manufactured in Toronto, Canada.
