Ksubi was founded in Sydney in 1999, under the first name Tsubi. Dan Single and George Gorrow were among the people who founded it. At Sydney Fashion Week in 2001, when nobody knew the label yet, it sent 169 rats down the catwalk.
It made its name with distressed denim, graphic tees and the box cross logo, the label says. Its jeans carry three marks the label calls the T-box, the pocket flag and the rat's tail. In 2014 the label shut all six of its Australian shops and its online store for a time, and then it came back.
For a skinny fit there is the Van Winkle, narrow through the leg, while the Wolfgang is the straight jean, with room through the hips and thighs. The charts are on the Ksubi size page.
On 13 October 2026 its jeans ran from CHF 71 to CHF 133 in waists 32 to 38, and its other pants went up to CHF 248. Shirts ran from CHF 50 to CHF 142, a bomber was CHF 369 and eyewear ran from CHF 207 to CHF 289, and some pieces were marked down.
