The name is an old Korean royal family name tied to the ancient Gaya kingdom. The label is based in Seoul and shows in Paris. In 2019 he was invited to join the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode. His designs are known for giant bows, pinned pearl buttons and exaggerated tailoring. In September 2025 he showed I Feel Love, for spring 2026, at Paris Fashion Week, with one mini dress carrying 10,000 pearls.
