Les Deux began in Copenhagen in 2011. A law student from the suburbs met a creative man with roots abroad in a bar there. The idea came from one man's T-shirt: plain white, with military patches sewn on by hand.
The aim was menswear that mixes preppy and urban clothes, the two sides the founders came from. It grew from the founder's small apartment to a team of 100, and its Legacy programme has helped build schools for Syrian refugees in the Middle East.
The Como Suit Pants are a flagship of its Essentials range, slim with roll up hems and the Encore logo embroidered on the back. Its Nørregaard T-shirt, which Les Deux calls one of its most wanted designs, is 100 percent cotton and slim, with the Encore logo in burnt copper.
Read the fabric line before you buy. The Como fabric is 63 percent polyester, 32 percent viscose and 5 percent elastane.
On 13 October 2026 its shirts ran from NZ$62 to NZ$380 in S to XL and its jackets and coats from NZ$197 to NZ$1,105, with pants from NZ$126 to NZ$248. Half of the shelf cost NZ$172 or less, and some pieces were marked down.
