Kijima Takayuki is a hat label that grew from a workshop Takayuki Kijima opened in Daikanyama, Tokyo, in 1995. From 1990 to 1994 he trained under the milliner Akio Hirata. There he worked on hats for Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto and Comme des Garçons. He opened his own shop in 1999 under an earlier label, coeur.
