He founded his Cactus Jack record label in 2017, and the name is also his clothing line and his creative alter ego. His 2018 album Astroworld reached number one on the Billboard 200 and gave him his first Hot 100 number one, Sicko Mode, with Drake. Nike released his Air Jordan 1 in 2019, with a reversed Swoosh and an inner stash pocket. He has also worked with Dior, Audemars Piguet and McDonald's. In May 2025 FC Barcelona wore his Cactus Jack logo on its shirt for El Clásico against Real Madrid.
